Bread Flour 350 g
Butter 21 g
Sugar 21 g
Milk 35cc
Water 180cc
Dry Yeast 5g
Salt 6.5g

Matcha - Depends on how deep you want the tea flavor

Then put it in the rice cooker until it finishes baking.

The rice cooker steams the bread so it has a more natural watery and sticky consistency.

FYI: Western people produce more syliva than Asian people so Asian breads have a higher water content.

That's an interesting and unusual fact! I wonder why.

I might try this, sounds yummy and I need to put my rice cooker to good use, other than, just rice :P

I'd love to see a photo of the result?
