| Zojirushi, I need one, know a good vendor? Plus one that ships internationally for a reasonable price and it is trustworthy at the same time. |

I haven't bought one yet, but I have got a fair bit of stuff from Amazon.com. I also haven't had any complaints. Also, after searching on their site for "Zojirushi", it seems like they have a pretty good selection. |

i got mine with free shipping and it also shipped in two days with regular shipping. i live in california and i don't know about any warehouses in or near california, nor have i researched that. anyways, the fast shipping made me anxious because i didn't have any tea when i received the water heater.
when you get it, definitely boil two full batches of water and run through the system. as it will clear out smells and toxins.
smell is completely vanquished after 1 week for me.
i got the 4L with 4 heating settings at 140, 175 195, and 207. They all work great, 207 is great for noodles. usually i make sencha at 175 by pouring water in a cup, letting it settle a little then adding tea by a per cup amount.
this method works well for me. |
