I bought a new tea yesterday, and made a cup just now. It's a simple Genmaicha without matcha.
Have anyone else tried this?
I found it quite strange. It has a delicate taste of the rice that blends well with the sencha. However, it smells really bad!
The tea is rather piquant so I guess I'll use it when eating some strong food. Does anyone have any recomandations of what I can eat next to it, or what I can mix it with?

| i have had some my local tea master made me a cup. i would eat something like shanghi noodles with it mmm... you could try dusting it with matcha too |
