| I like to give my tuna a quick falsh smoke by throwing a little grren tea on to a hot cast iron skillet with the tuna on a kabob stick laying over the top edges |

Hi Glump,
I'll give it this fish grill a try with some bancha (cheap green tea). Why not. If you are indeed just blowin' smoke and making this up, you'll send me a Whole Foods gift card to make up for it, I know it. Whole Foods, awesome store, fabulous deli.
Loved your You Tube link and cooking show. I'll have to try that trout recipe, but unfortunately I don't have a talented guitar kid to seranade me while I cook.  |

| No really, just a quick shot of the smoke mixes things up a bit and changes the norm, it is tried and true. Get a small cast iron pan real hot ,have your fish on a scewer so it can cross over the top with out touching the pan ...toss in the tea and smoke her up .....the I like to broil the fish. |
