I just opened a tin of the Chiyo Mukashi tonight. Wow, its very good, but it is also the most distinctive matcha that I have tried thus far.
Kevin, I've had all of your non-organic matcha now, and * your stuff is good. Even the kiri no mori out performs other, more expensive matcha on the market. For the time being I am still playing around, seeing what's out there, but when I am done experimenting, I look forward to many, many bowls of your wonderful stuff.
Oh yeah, what does chiyo mean? Its not in my dictionary. |

The non-organic is nearly always better than organic. Just the way it is, some cannot accept it however.
chi = "one thousand"
yo = "era" or "period"
mukashi = "of old", or "long ago" |
