Maybe a bit unorthodox tea making equipment, but I have found it very usefull substitute for tea pot. Easy to use and makes as delicious tea as any normal tea pot (not tried yixing etc. yet). As it is usually used to make coffee the mesh/sieve is good for even teas with very small particles.
I still prefer gaiwan for oolongs and such as it is better for to see leaves unfurl. |
