I know how to brew loose leaf in my little 10oz Tokoname tea pot and pour over ice for iced green tea, but how can I do this for large quantities? I obviously don't want to do this thirteen times to get a gallon. Is there an easier way to do this? Should I brew in a large container and strain the tea out, then wait an hour to cool and place in the fridge?
Suggestions?

Use these: Green Tea w/ Matcha Tea Bags, just put one bag in per quart, shake, and put in the fridge. Shake each time you serve. Makes really nice, green iced tea.
