| If I have good green tea on hand, which I do, I will drink tea all day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. |

| Do you carry the green tea in a bottle? Do you find the hot tea uncomfortable in the summertime? |

Actually Hot Tea in Summertime can be quite refreshing, the hot liquid will raise your body tempertature closer to the outside ambient temperature and thus cool you off (a state of mind thing mostly)....
But discounting that for a moment.
Hot Green Tea with Breakfast,Lunch and Dinner
and for those warmish days, an Ice Cold Matcha Smoothie will hit the spot as well |

| Hot green tea in the summer has never bothered me...it seems to have a cooling effect...or is just a state of mind? |

From what i have heard, it isn't just a state of mind....I myself have a problem drinking hot beverages in hot weather, but I have been told that it is the same as taking a hot shower in hot weather.
If you raise your bodys core temperature close to the outside ambient temp you will by default feel cooler. so i guess there si something to it.
SO I do it when i get real hot and uncomfortable. |

| I also have never had any trouble drinking hot tea in the summer. Tea is a delicious beverage regardless of the oustide temperature. I even very much like sipping tea after a strenuous workout. |

| I too drink tea several times through out the day. When I am at work and people see me preparing it, I can talk to them about the many benefits of Green Tea. I am lucky however, at my job it is kept cool duriing the summer, so I doubt the warmth of the Tea will bother me that much. |

| I love green tea in the afternoon and evening. At breakfast i enjoy black tea. For me, green tea doesn't seem to go with breakfast. |
