Hi everyone,
I ordered a teapot and tea from this web site. I live in Belgium, so things usually take a while to ship here. The teapot came very quick, It arrived 3 days ago, but the tea has not yet arrived. I ordered the teapot and tea at the same time but I think they ship from different places if I understood correctly. My question is, does the tea usually take longer to ship then the teapots?

Hi,
Yes, the teapots and tea are shipped separately.
To Belgium, it could go either way. It usually takes about 7 days to receive but can take less than a week or up to two weeks. Just depends on the postal service... |
