We have just introduced a completely new version of Asa-Giri, it's nothing like the old version. This is a blend of gyokuro leaf and gyokuro stems and is quite delicious, I'm drinking some as I type. It's like gyokuro except it's a little thick with a bit of a sharp, tangy taste. The typical gyokuro taste comes through as well, making this a more complex tasting green tea.
