Apparently I am one of those people who is more sensitive to caffiene than I had thought.
Does anyone know if there is a type of green tea which is lower in caffiene than Sencha? For example: Gyokoru, Matcha, and other types?
I have heard somewhere that Kuki-Cha is quite low, but I don't think of Kuki Cha as green tea. The Kuki-Cha I tried looked to me like it was just twigs and did not taste or look at all the same as Sencha.

Thanks.
