| Today I ordered the Uji Gyokuro Gyoku-Hou tea, and i was wondering if anyone could give me some brewing instructions. I know you're supposed to use more leaves than usual and brew it at a lower temp.....Also, everywhere i look on the forum the instructions list measurements of leaves in grams, and water in milliliters. Could anyone give me the leaf to water ratio in tablespoons/teaspoons to ounces? This would be of much help. Thanks |

I believe the measurements are in oz and tablespoons/teaspoons (as well as grams and mL).
