|
|
Greetings All,
Just saw a new article on tea and bone density. According to a recently published abstract in the Journal of the American College of Nutrition, long time tea drinkers show greater bone density and lose less bone than non-tea drinkers.
Of course the MD they spoke to gave brewing instructions in a "one size fits all" kind of way: 190 degrees steeped for three to five minutes. He also suggested 5 to 10 cups per day to get results. Anyone who knows anything about this sort of thing should realize that the benefits begin with the very first sip... |

| There are so many health benefit issues, the only thing that would catch my attention if someone discovers that tea helps with * enlargement. |

| Depends on what you put in it. I take mine without influence... Seriously, since tea enhances blood-flow, there are some bedroom benefits too, though not exactly what you had in mind... |
