I just thought I'd mention that. Does anyone have any brands of Miso they could recommend?

I have a feeling there is higher-quality Miso out there than what I buy at the local Asian Food store, although that is pretty good nonetheless. 10 times better than that instant stuff...

So the brand I buy regularly is Hikari Organic Aka (Red) Miso, btw.
