To avoid plagiary I saw this article at adagio`s forum and there were a few brilliant ideeas, there were compared o-cha`s gyokuro yume no ukihashi, kame giru shi, hibiki`s super premium and maiko`s yamashitas takumi gyokuro, and finaly the shizuokatea.com gyokuro hoshino that was by far the cheapest in bulk packagin only 19$/100grams, and still handpicked (for me handpicked equals to quality, machine picked gyokuro is dusty and bad quality), by the way o-cha and hibiki`s tea were almost at the same price 55$-64$, but o-cha charged for shipping (If o-cha would grant free shipping above a price limit I would be most satisfied), the results were that o-cha and hibiki were at the same quality and yamashita`s gyokuro was the best but for 100$ (calculating shipping), was out of the question for average, daily tea.
The question was wether hibiki`s premium gyokuro was better than shizuokatea`s hoshino gyokuro, so I`ve ordered hoshino and I still got some hibiki gyokuro premium, but that is not hand picked and it is dusty, if hoshino is hand picked than the debate will be solved for daily gyokuro.

I might add o-cha`s gyokuro shiun, for 29$ if it is much better than hoshino and hibiki premium, than it`s in the comparison.

Anyone looking for a "daily gyokuro" would be amiss if they didn't consider Uji Karigane Gyokuro "Asa-Giri", probably the most overlooked "sleeper" green tea we sell.
