Handy Teapot

It seems that this glass teapot is quite covenient, much more than the japanese teapots that, although nice looking, contain very little water and require more work...so, I would interested in buying it except that I only would like to brew Gyokuro. I'm a novice, but I know that Gyokuro is what I like...it's the taste...

Now, I've read somewhere on the o-cha.com web site that Gyokuro is perhaps the most difficult green tea to brew and that there is a reason why the Japanese teapots are small, let's say the size of an orange...so, given all this, I wonder if the Handy Teapot would be good for brewing Gyokuro, or perhaps should I consider buying a larger Japanese traditional teapot...?

Thanks,

Not very difficult to brew: it is mainly a question of water temperature 55°C (130°F) and using lot of leaves a minimum of 1g leaves / oz water.

I don't use handy teapot for gyokuro because I use it at work where I don't store gyokuro.

You don't need any large teapot for gyokuro. 4oz to 8oz teapots are good choices.
