We have a thread like this on that other forum, and I think it proved to be a lot of fun for everyone and a great way for people to share and show off their teaware. So I thought it would be fun to start one here. idea

Since this is mostly a Japanese forum, I decided to stick with my Japanese stuff:

I'd love to see what everyone else is using. Very Happy

I love seeing the pot paraphernalia of other tea users. That is quite a collection Alex. I do hope you lock the doors at night. Smile

Here goes:

My collection of Japanese wares is a bit lacking, but I'm working on it. Smile I have a couple other things (another kyūsu and some cups) back home, too.

I love the tray Scruff. This is one item I'd really like to invest in eventually. I think the tray really strikes the right ambiance for enjoying tea. Something very elemental about it that goes so right with tea.

I should rephrase:

My collection of Japanese wares is a bit lacking*, but I'm working on it. Smile I have a couple other things (another kyūsu and some cups) back home, too.

*compared to Space's Smile

Thank you! That one is my favorite piece. I saw a picture of it somewhere, and searched everywhere for it. I eventually asked a vendor who sold other works by Hokujo if he had one. He didn't, but he asked Hokujo to make one, and that's the one I have. Thus its kind of special to me, so thanks for noticing. Very Happy
