| Not exactly sure as to the brew time, been brewing it (175) about a minute and ahalf, however I found brewing it longer (almost 3 min) it's more intense and has those wonderful particles in the bottom of the cup that tastes wonderfully sweet. Oh, and I'm gulping of late...it's sooo UN-zen which results in ordering more tea...any gulp-aholics out there, confession is good... |

Hi, my name is Alex, and I'm a gulper.
I tend to let my tea sit there till it reaches the right temperature and then down the whole thing. No sipping for me. |

Oh, Alex, I'm happy to read I'm not alone. What with all the proper canisters, tokonomes, measuring, weighing, clock watching, water cooling...swoshing, at last the pouring then to suddenly...gulp?..After all "that" but it's the splendid taste that lingers, I bet there are closet gulpers.
Now, back to a 3rd brew of Kabusecha, it's weak with a lite taste. |
