Since Fukamushi sencha is deep steamed, and stronger, do you use less sencha than you normally would? I'm about to brew my first pot. How many grams should be used per 8 to 9 ounces of water?

I'd use 4-5 grams, but make sure not to brew it too hot or for too long. Maybe a minute and a half.

...mmm...fukamushi...not so pretty to look at but sooo good. Vivid.

I still want to try the O-cha offering...but I must use up some of the sencha on hand first.
