Domo arrigato for all your patience with my questions.
Well, here is my problem:
I VERY much need the health benefits of green tea. However, I contacted the Japanese Embassy in my area, got to go this weekend and did some fairly extensive tea tasting with some very fresh and high quality green teas. What I found out discouraged me because to be honest I have found I do not like the taste, but am determined to drink it. So, here is the question:
What exact type of green tea would have the following qualiites:
1] Plenty of the health benefits present
2] Very mild taste
I liked the green tea the best that had Jasmine blossoms for flavoring but no one could tell me exactly what kind of green tea that was.
Any advice is greatly appreciated. |
